Class is limited to 6 students to ensure everyone gets full attention from the
teacher. You are welcome to use the Bead & Pearl PMC Studio to continue
your craft and to fire your pieces in our kiln.
Class time:
2 sessions/2 hours per session: You must be able to attend both sessions. In
session one you will learn basic techniques and create your piece. In session
two you will learn the finishing techniques.

A great class that really lets you be creative. Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is real
silver in clay form that is shaped and fired in a kiln to make beautiful, original
designs. In this class you will make custom fine silver pendants and charms out
of PMC that can be used for necklaces, charm bracelets, and/or earrings. You
will learn basic techniques of designing with clay, adding texture, rolling,
stamping, firing, polishing, and finishing. Feel free to bring items for inspiration.
The use of all tools and 20g of PMC are included in the materials fee.

PMC rings class! In this class you will make a solid sterling silver ring(s),
design and form the clay, texture, and size a ring to your fit. You will also
learn to adorn your ring with different types of embellishments, such as
crystals, and learn the various finishing techniques.
The use of all tools, 16g of PMC3, and one ring mold are included in the
materials fee. Note: 16g of PMC3 makes about 5 simple rings. Embellishment
stones and additional ring molds are extra and will be available for purchase
during class.
