No returns. Exchange or store credit only on any merchandise purchased within seven
(7) days with original receipt. All jewelry sales are final.

Classes:
Class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class you previously
registered for please call to reschedule at least three (3) days prior to your class or you
are welcome to send someone in your place. There are no refunds and no transfers for
no-shows or for cancellations made less than three (3) days in advance of your class.
Registration is considered a Final Sale three (3) days prior to the date of your class. No
exceptions. If a class is cancelled by Bead and Pearl you will receive a full refund.

call to reschedule at least three (3) days prior to the event or you are welcome to send
someone in your place. If there is no upcoming event to replace the one you are
cancelling you will be given a store credit in the amount of the event fee minus the event
registration fee. If you call to reschedule the event less than three (3) days prior to the
event you will be given a store credit less the registration fee and less 50% of the beads
& materials fee. There are no refunds and no transfers for no-shows or for cancellations
