Beads and Beading Supplies:
No returns. Exchange or store credit only on any merchandise purchased within fourteen
(14) days with original receipt. Receipt must be presented with any merchandise being
exchanged.

Classes:
Pre-registration is required for all classes. Payment is collected at the time of the
registration. Class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class
you previously registered for please call (617) 558-3577 to reschedule at least three (3)
days prior to your class or you are welcome to send someone in your place. If you are
unable to attend, you will be issued a class voucher, good toward any class fee for up to
six (6) months from the date of issue. There are no refunds and no transfers for
no-shows or for cancellations made less than three (3) days in advance of your class.

exceptions. If a class is cancelled by Bead and Pearl, a full refund will be issued.
PMC Studio:
PMC Studio registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend during your the
time that was previously registered for please call (617) 558-3577 to reschedule at least
three (3) days prior to your scheduled time or you are welcome to send someone in your
place. There are no refunds and no transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made less
than three (3) days in advance of your PMC Studio time. Registration is considered a Final
Sale three (3) days prior to the date of your scheduled PMC Studio time. No exceptions.
If your PMC Studio time is cancelled by Bead and Pearl, a full refund will be issued.
Kiln Firings:
Kiln firing orders are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your firings you are
welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise you will be issued a firing voucher
valid for up to six (6) months from the date of issue. Our staff will be happy to fire your
pieces in the exact form that your provide it. Bead & Pearl is not responsible for cracked
or damaged items as a result of firing. Bead & Pearl is not responsible for lost, stolen or
abandoned pieces. Kiln firing orders are considered a Final Sale at the time of your order.
